How the switch works

Three steps. Two weeks. Zero drawing.

01
Send us anything

Prismm exports, PDFs, blueprints, even photos of your printed floorplans — whatever you have.

02
We rebuild it

Your rooms drawn to the foot — walls, fixed bars, no-go zones, stations. You review, we adjust.

03
You're live

Your team lays out events in minutes; couples open their floorplan on a private link.

What you get is the floorplan platform we run a real ballroom on — 2D + 3D, print-perfect diagrams, seating available on Pro, and no annual contract holding you hostage.

Honest answers

What Prismm venues ask us

Is the rebuild really free?

Yes — free for founding venues while we grow our first group. You pay only the subscription (from $49/month, month-to-month). If you leave, your floorplans export with you.

Can you import my Prismm files directly?

Prismm has no clean export for other tools — that's the trap of the shutdown. So we rebuild from whatever you have (PDFs, screenshots, blueprints, measurements). The result is usually more accurate than the original.

What happens after December 31, 2026?

Prismm accounts stop working and layouts become unreachable. The safe move is rebuilding while you can still screenshot your rooms and setups — before the deadline crush.

Is VenueAide actually used by a real venue?

Yes — it was built inside Arts Ballroom in Philadelphia and runs its weddings every weekend. We sell the tool we use ourselves.

Beat the deadline crush.

Rebuilds are first-come, first-served as the shutdown approaches.
