Prismm shuts down on December 31, 2026, and floorplans don't transfer to Cvent. We'll rebuild your venue's floorplans in VenueAide — free, drawn to the foot, usually live within two weeks.

Before you ask
Is there a contract?
No. Every plan is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime — we keep your business by being useful, not by locking you in. (Most floorplan tools require a year upfront.)
How does my venue's floorplan get into the app?
We do it for you. Send blueprints, a fire-exit map, or measurements — we draw your rooms to the foot, mark walls and no-go zones, and hand you a working floorplan. Free for founding venues, usually live within a week.
How many people can use it?
Everyone. Pricing is flat per venue with unlimited users on every plan — owners, managers, coordinators, servers, bartenders. No per-seat charges, ever.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It's yours. Export your events, guests, floorplans, and documents anytime, including after you cancel. We also delete your data on request.
Does it work on phones and tablets?
Yes — the whole app is built for the devices a venue actually runs on: tablets at the bar, phones on the floor, laptops in the office. Couples open their portal right in the browser, nothing to install.
