One plan. One price per venue.
A monthly subscription for the whole venue, plus a one-time set-up fee for drawing your rooms. No long contract, no call to cancel.

Billed monthly in advance. Month to month. Cancel by email, effective at the end of the paid month. Prices exclude sales tax, which is added where it is due.

Before the first event, we draw your rooms. The set-up fee is a one-time charge for that work, quoted per venue after we see your plans, photos and tour, because a venue with one ballroom and a venue with twelve rooms are not the same job.
What it covers
- Each room drawn to scale from your plans, photos, measurements and 3D tour, including built-in bars, stages, columns and doors.
- The whole-floor view with foyers and corridors where rooms connect.
- Your product library in your sizes and colors.
- Your first templates, the layouts you use most.
- A check of every drawing with your team before it goes live.
Extra rooms, redrawing after a renovation and new product types are quoted separately, under the same rules.
Billing questions
How do I cancel?
Email cancel@venueaide.com from an account owner's address. No phone call is needed. We confirm within two business days, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for.
Is the set-up fee refundable?
If you cancel before accepting the drawings, we refund all of it if we have not started and half once drawing has started. If we cannot fix a reported error after two tries, you get the fee back for the affected rooms. Once you accept the drawings, the fee is earned. The refund policy has the full rules.
Do you charge sales tax?
Prices exclude tax. Where sales tax applies to software subscriptions, based on your venue's location, it is added as its own line on the invoice.
What happens to our data if we leave?
For 30 days after the plan ends, an account owner can sign in to export or print your floor plans and event records. After 90 days we delete the venue's data from the live service.
