Floor Plan Studio

Rooms drawn to scale. Events planned in minutes.

Floor Plan Studio is the heart of VenueAide: a drawing of each of your rooms as it really is, a library of your real pieces, and one plan for every event, shared with the couple through a single link.

Example room drawing with sixteen round tables, a central dance floor, a long bar and food stations

Your rooms, as they are

We draw each room from the plans, photos, measurements and the 3D tour you already have: walls, columns, built-in bars, stages, doors and the floor itself. The drawing is to scale, so a 72-inch round table takes up exactly the space it takes in the room, and a 6-foot banquet table does too.

Rooms can be shown one at a time or together on a whole-floor view, with the foyer and corridors that join them. Each room and each floor can carry named templates, the layouts you use again and again.

Product library

Real pieces

Round, rectangle and cocktail tables in your sizes, chairs, linens in your colors, food stations, bars and a dance floor. Everything sized against your room, so what fits on the plan fits on the night.

Per-event plans

One plan per event

Open an event, pick the room or the floor, start from a template or from scratch, and lay it out. Tables keep their numbers. Save, mark completed, reopen and edit when the count changes.

Tables and notes

Everyone knows what goes where

The Tables panel lists every table with its size and seats and adds them up against the guest count. Venue Notes and Important Tables keep special requests in view. Both panels resize and move with the plan.

Print

Print to PDF

Print exactly what is on screen, filling the page, in color or in black and white for the setup crew. The table list and notes print with the plan.

Review link

The couple suggests. You decide.

Share one link with the couple. They open the plan, print it and propose a change, for example moving a table. Your team approves or declines each suggestion. The accepted plan never changes on its own.

Any device

Phone, tablet and computer

The studio works in the browser on all three, with a phone layout for the floor and a full layout for the office. Choose the Light or the Black appearance.

How a venue starts

1. Bring what you have

Existing plans, room photos, measurements and the link to your 3D tour if you have one. We review them and tell you what else, if anything, we need.

2. We prepare the rooms

We draw your rooms and set up your product library and your first templates. You check the drawings against the real room before anything goes live.

3. Your team plans every event

From then on your event specialists, managers and setup crew plan, print and share each event themselves. We stay on email and phone for help and for changes to the rooms.

Room drawings and plans are a planning aid, not a survey and not a fire-code, occupancy or accessibility determination. The venue checks capacities, exits and aisles as it does today.
