Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern time. Calls and texts both reach us. Leave a message outside those hours and we call back the next business day.
What to send
- The plans or drawings you already have for each room, in any format.
- A few photos of each room, empty if possible.
- The link to your 3D tour, if you have one.
- Measurements you are sure of, for example the length of a main wall.
From that we confirm which rooms need preparation, what the set-up fee would be, and when your team could start. Billing and cancellation questions go to billing@venueaide.com. We are based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
