About VenueAide
Your venue, drawn the way it really is.
VenueAide is floor plan software for wedding and event venues. We draw your real rooms to scale, your team lays out every event on them in minutes, and your couples see the plan through one link.
What we do
Most venues plan events on a sketch, a spreadsheet or a generic diagram tool that has never seen their rooms. VenueAide starts from the room itself. From the plans, photos, measurements and the 3D tour a venue already has, we draw each room to scale: the walls, the columns, the bars, the dance floor, the doors.
On that drawing, the venue's team places real pieces from its own product library, tables of the right size, chairs, linens, stations and bars, and saves the result as a plan for that event. A named layout can be reopened for the next event, so nobody starts from a blank page twice.
When the plan is ready, the venue shares one link with the couple. The couple can look, print and suggest a change. The venue approves or declines it. The accepted plan never changes on its own.

Ballrooms, banquet halls, estates, hotels and restaurants with rooms that host events. One subscription covers one venue and all of its rooms.
How we work
We draw. Your team plans.
We prepare the room drawings and the product library once. From then on your event specialists, managers and setup crew plan and print every event themselves.
What it is not
A planning aid
Room drawings and plans are approximate. They are not a survey and not a fire-code, occupancy or accessibility determination. The venue checks capacities, exits and aisles as it does today.
Where we come from
VenueAide was founded in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in 2026. It grew out of a simple request from a venue: a floor plan that looks like the room, that the staff can change themselves, and that the couple can understand. We build the product with the venues that use it, one room at a time.
